WARRANTY INFORMATION
While we promise this will be the best pool cover you will ever own, there is information from manufacturer and supplier of these covers, and Cover Craft Aquatics. ​​
PLEASE READ YOUR WARRANTY CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTAND THE PRORATED 5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON DEFECTS IN MATERIAL & WORKMANSHIP WHEN INSTALLED, USED AND CARED FOR AS PER THE MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS.

UNDERSTANDING THE WARRANTY: The manufacturer reserves the right to determine if the complaint is warranty related and will be the final decision in the warranty process. The cover supplier’s previous experience and extensive knowledge in this material/industry will determine if material and/or workmanship failure occurred, or if chemicals were outside acceptable limits, or temperatures affected the product. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Weekly pool water testing must be complete to verify chemical levels are within range, specifically PH and Chlorine. Chlorine levels and dosing must be adjusted when using this cover. High levels of sanitizer and PH can/will cause failures that can affect this products durability over time AND DAMAGE YOUR POOL EQUIPMENT. Each thermal cover is thoroughly inspected before shipping for any defects. Should the cover fail in material or workmanship rendering the product useless as a pool blanket within the warranty period, a case will be opened to generate an Return for Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to begin. The cover may need to be returned for chemical and visual testing and freight prepaid return. The package will include a copy of the sales slip and completed RMA form. If the complaint is deemed warranty related, the blanket will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the following prorated schedule, and postage will be refunded.

BLANKET MAXIMUM EXPOSURE TEMPERATURE
**MAINTAINING THE COVER AT TEMPERATURES EXCEEDING 91°F WILL INVALIDATE THE WARRANTY**

THE COVER WILL BE CUT UNIFORMLY LARGER THEN YOUR DIMENSIONS AND WILL REQUIRE A FINAL CUT 2 WEEKS AFTER REGULAR USE, OR APPROXIMATELY 40 CYCLES OF OPENING AND CLOSING. THE CYCLES ARE CRITICAL TO THE COVER'S FINAL LENGTH AFTER THE BREAK IN PERIOD OF THE COVER TO THE NEW ROLLER (Highly Recommended).

OPENING PACKAGE
DO NOT USE A KNIFE AND CUT INTO ANY PART OF THE CARDBOARD PACKAGING.
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

POOL RETURN JETS
Please ensure you jets are not directing water at the pool cover surface. Chemicals are typically released through these, and can cause failure.

THE COVER MUST BE REMOVED COMPLETELY FROM THE ENTIRE WATER SURFACE PRIOR TO ANY WATER ENTRY. THIS COVER CAN POSE A DROWNING RISK IS TO BE TREATED AS ANY REGULAR POOL BLANKET. USE PROPER SUPERVISION AS NEEDED***
